Thank you for choosing Visar AI LLC. We value our customers and want to ensure your satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing period, except where this policy explicitly provides annual-plan post-first-month refund calculation.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds according to your subscription plan and usage:
Monthly subscriptions: You are eligible for a full refund if both conditions are met: (a) your refund request is submitted within 14 days after the subscription period starts, and (b) you have used less than 10% of the current period's included credits.
Annual subscriptions (first month): You are eligible for a full refund if both conditions are met: (a) your refund request is submitted within 14 days after the annual subscription period starts, and (b) you have used less than 10% of the first month's included credits.
Annual subscriptions (after the first month): If a refund is approved after the first month, it is calculated as: annual subscription fee minus (used months multiplied by the monthly subscription price of the same plan).
Clarification: This section clarifies how refunds are calculated for yearly plans with monthly credit grants.
In addition to the plan-based rules above, billing errors (including incorrect or duplicate charges) are always eligible for correction and refund review. Significant unresolved technical issues or extended service unavailability may also be handled as special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Example: if an annual Pro plan is $192, the monthly Pro price is $20, and you have used 3 months, the refund is $192 - (3 x $20) = $132.
Usage ratio is calculated using only the current period's included credits and does not include any bonus, promotional, or gifted credits.
Used months are counted based on your subscription start timestamp, with each completed billing month measured from that start date (not calendar months).
3. Refund Process

Please contact support before initiating a chargeback. We will prioritize handling refunds or compensation under this policy.
Direct chargebacks may increase processing time and may temporarily affect account services while the dispute is under review.
4. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Once approved:
Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
Other payment methods may have different processing times
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Monthly subscriptions that do not meet the 14-day and less-than-10%-usage eligibility requirements
Annual subscriptions requested during the first month that do not meet the 14-day and less-than-10%-usage eligibility requirements
Bonus, promotional, or gifted credits
Services that have been fully delivered and consumed, except where this policy explicitly provides annual-plan post-first-month refund calculation
6. Special Circumstances
We understand that special circumstances may arise. In such cases, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our support team will work with you to find the best solution.
